Selected grapes from the best ecological vines. The grapes are destemmed, crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with native yeasts and with minimal intervention, only with daily pumping over until the end of the alcoholic fermentation. After this, the wine is bleeding by gravity to concrete tanks where malolactic fermentation can be organized without supplements of lactic bacteria.
Colour: Cherry red with violet rims.
Aroma: Very good aromatic intensity that reminds us of red fruits such as strawberry, redcurrant and raspberry accompanied by a lactic touch. As the wine opens appear spices such as clove and pepper, black licorice and florals such as violet.
Taste: Structured, bulky wine, with a sweet entry, good acidity and long distance. In the nose we find more red fruit, in the mouth it highlights the black fruit such as blueberries, black licorice and balsamic, resulting in a more complex nose.
Alcohol Content: 15%
