To make Vall Major, our flagship wine, we look for young wines showing all the fruity potential of the Garnacha grape, both red and white. We source from a variety of vineyards, each with an average age of 20 years and with a crop of about 3 kilos per vine.
Selected vineyards more than twenty years old. Pre-fermentative skin maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14-16º.
Colour: Pale yellow with greenish edges.
Flavour: Intense, fresh and clean with citric notes blended with white fruit such as pear, apple, white peach and just cut grass. It counts with a tropical background of pineapple and banana.
Taste: In the mouth a vibrant combination of citrus fruits with the white fruit and a touch of tropical fruit. It shows fresh, balanced with good acidity and long aftertaste.
Alcohol Content: 13%
All type of rice, with fish, mixed, oriental rice, fideuá, seafood, green salad, pasta salad, rice salads with seafood sauces, white fish, light fish, pizza, melted cheese, chocolate. Ideal by the glass.
