Bases of the San Juan Draw

The objective of this raffle is to promote a wine tourism experience at Celler Batea

3. Participation

Requirements to participate:

•             Being over 18 years.

• Have a public Instagram account.

• Residing in Spain.

Draw mechanics:

1. Follow the Instagram account @cellerbatea.

2. ‘Like’ the giveaway post.

3. Comment on the post mentioning 3 friends.

4. Share the post in your stories and tag @cellerbatea.

4. Duration of the Draw

The draw will begin on 06/13/2024 and will end on 06/24/2024 at 1:00 p.m. (local time).

5. Prize

Prize:

• A food and wine experience for 2 people at Celler Batea

• The experience includes: Guided tour of the winery with a meal-pairing at the Miravall Restaurant

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random through an online sweepstakes tool. The winner will be announced on 06/24/2024 on the Instagram account @cellerbatea

7. Notification and Delivery of the Prize

The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and we will upload it to stories. You will have 48 hours to respond. If the winner does not respond within that time, a new winner will be selected.

8. Acceptance of the Bases

Participation in the draw implies acceptance of these rules. Failure to comply with any of the conditions established in these bases will result in the participant’s exclusion from the draw.

9. Data Protection

The personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations and solely for the management of the draw.

10. Responsibility

The organizer is not responsible for:

• The impossibility of contacting the winner for reasons beyond the control of the organizer.
