Naturalis Mer represents our commitment to red and white Garnacha grapes organically cultivated and vinified in Terra Alta. We have accepted the challenge of making this wine in the least intrusive way possible and all within the framework of those stringent regulations governing the production of organic wines.
One of the main characteristics of Naturalis Mer is that it carries within it the clean taste, freshness and personality of the white Garnacha grape.
Well-structured in the mouth, with volume and a good finish of white and citrus fruits, and the subtle herbal hints characteristic of this grape variety. This wine goes well with rice dishes and also with fish and white meats.
Healthy grapes and a clean environment: two maxims to follow in winemaking, and very much at the heart of our production of organic wines. The grapes are carefully selected at our winery and, after destemming and crushing, they are given some hours of skin maceration in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. Until bottling the wine is on fine lees for at least 3 months.
